Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These terms govern your use of RezPartner (the "service"), a platform that helps travel and experience vendors manage inventory, build client proposals, generate invoices and itineraries, and run a public storefront. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Early access
The service is currently in early access and provided free of charge. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we build. We will give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans, and you will never be charged without explicitly agreeing to a plan first.
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address (with an optional password). You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for all activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the business you register.
Your content
Everything you add — inventory, descriptions, images, pricing, client details, proposals, invoices — remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store it, display it where you choose to publish it (for example your public storefront and client share links), and deliver the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for the accuracy of what you offer and charge.
Your clients and bookings
Proposals, booking requests, invoices, and itineraries are agreements between you and your clients. We provide the tools; we are not a party to those transactions, we do not process payments in the current version, and we are not responsible for the delivery, quality, or cancellation terms of what you sell.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes others' rights; don't attempt to access other vendors' workspaces or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" during early access. We work to keep it reliable and to protect your data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your workspace and its data at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. See also our Privacy Policy.
